Bloqueo Vs Embargo

Bueno, I've come across this site before, Cubavsbloqueo.cu, and I thought I would expound a bit on it.

They claim that there is no Embargo, but a Bloqueo (a blockade): the total isolation of the Island from the rest of the world.

An asfixiation and immobility of Cuba???????????????????

IMMOBILITY LIKE: Citgo in Cuba? (http://blogs.salon.com/0001330/2005/04/30.html#a2245), or the Convertible Peso (US dollar in disguise), or EVEN TOURISM??????

ASFIXIATION LIKE THE LEGAL U.S. TO CUBA TRADE OF: Food • Pork • Snack Foods • Medical Equipment • Dental Supplies • Medical devices • Pharmaceuticals • Chemical reagents • Diagnostic kits • Culture media • Medical and dental instruments • Dental and laboratory equipment • Medical and dental disposables • Optical equipment, contact lenses and frames http://www.navarrettagroup.com/hot.htm)

Nope no asfixiation, no immobilty, and sooo sorry no Bloqueo aqui... and from the looks of it, it seems like there really isn't much of an Embargo either!

But wait, maybe I'm wrong, after all there IS something asfixiating the country, and definitely keeping it immobile. Well, after reading the definition, as presented by Cuba, I must say that Cuba does indeed suffer from a Bloqueo. A Bloqueo not from the USA, but from within the
Island:
