A few definitions

Envy
n.
1. a. A feeling of discontent and resentment aroused by and in conjunction with desire for the possessions or qualities of another.

Troll

An individual who chronically trolls... regularly posts specious arguments, flames or personal attacks to a newsgroup, discussion list, or in email for no other purpose than to annoy someone or disrupt a discussion. Trolls are recognizable by the fact that the have no real interest in learning about the topic at hand - they simply want to utter flame bait. Like the ugly creatures they are named after, they exhibit no redeeming characteristics, and as such, they are recognized as a lower form of life on the net, as in, "Oh, ignore him, he's just a troll."

I've seen a few of them! At first you think they're just being contrary, just voicing opinions that go against the rest of the commenters. But they soon make themselves obvious. Neoneocon now has two, but they're not very good. Sister Toldjah had a few, and one of them was so bad she bounced him - but I doubt it's permanent.

What makes me laugh is the attempts to debate with the trolls. You can't! They aren't interested in debate, but in your surrender to their illogical attacks. So, when I see them in threads, I ignore 'em, or just point them out.

They ain't worth my time! LOL
