Hey, Hey, Hey it's Fat Albert

Ever wonder how The Office of Cuba Broadcasting, the agency responsible for Radio Martí and TV Martí broadcasts TV signals to Cuba. If you've ever driven from Miami to Key West then you've driven right by their tower on Cudjoe Key. Actually it's not a tower, it's a blimp that the locals have nicknamed Fat Albert. Fat Albert flys at 10,000 feet and serves other purposes too, like radar and weather applications. You can watch TV Martí online here. It's not all politics all the time, by the way. Right now, as I write this, they are playing music videos.
