Trendwatch: Airpark neighborhoods

I just saw an interesting report on TV about people that have chosen to live in airpark communities like the one pictured below (click image to see full size). Rather than commute by car for hours each day, these homeowners fly to work in their private planes which they store in their hangar garages. The streets in the neighborhood are taxiways that connect to a nearby runway. The taxiways are shared by both cars and planes. If I win the $30 million in the Florida Lottery this week maybe I'll get me one of these homes, oh and a plane too.
