Cuban Cable TV

Great article in today's El Nuevo Herald about the clandestine cable TV industry in Cuba. Here's a suggestion to the people in charge of TV Marti: Submit your programming to DirecTV and Dish Network. A lot of Cubans are watching North American media thanks to pirated signals but they can't watch TV Marti.
