Electoral reform could be near...

Charlie Crist, Florida's governor, addressed the state legislature yesterday on their first day of the current legislative session. His speech is being applauded by both parties and I, for one, am glad that he mentioned electoral reform. As I stated before, no issue is more important than having a transparent electoral process. The cost is irrelevant because with fair and honest elections we have nothing.
