According to India Daily News:

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez said on May 22 that Venezuela will launch a national nuclear development program "for peaceful purposes, not to make bombs."

Peaceful nuclear development? Oye, Chavez el horno no está para galleticas. People, anytime a leader of a country walks around in an officer's uniform there are one of two things to be true: either there is a problem with the peace, or everything in that country is with, through, and in the military.
