Some finishing touches.

Upon our massive face lift a while back, I've been wanting a news ticker. WELL... You will notice the blogger tool bar has changed a little! In order to keep our readers as up to date as possible with Cuba, Miami, and Cuban-American related topics, we have inserted a news ticker that focuses only on Cuban related topics. As soon as I figure out how, I will add a text to state that the news is general and not specifically anti-castro.

The news ticker should appear on the right side of the bar. If not, or if the bar is now more than an inch in width, please let us know.
