Cuban 'Justice'

Blog for Cuba has the interesting story of a Belgian national that was working as a tour guide in Cuba and was involved in a traffic accident. This story is reminiscent of Clyde Carriere the Canadian tourist whose wife was groped by a Cuban masseur. In the ensuing shoving match the masseur broke his ankle and Mr. Carriere was detained for several days by the Cuban government.
